Job summary

Discover Group of Travel Services Inc. is seeking a Public Relations Officer to safeguard the company’s public image across digital and social platforms.

You will handle inquiries, respond to negative feedback, and ensure external communications align with the brand. You will monitor online conversations, draft statements, and coordinate with management on PR and reputation issues, while supporting campaigns with Marketing and Social Media teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
• Experience in PR, Communications, Marketing, Social Media, or Customer Relations is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and crisis management skills.
• Knowledge of social media and online reputation management.
• Confident, professional, creative, and calm under pressure.
• Able to work independently in a WFH/project-based setup.
• Reliable internet connection and proper WFH equipment.
• Travel, tourism, or hospitality experience is an advantage.
