Job summary

CREC is seeking a Corporate Affairs professional to implement strategy, manage external relations, and align objectives with community needs and sustainability. The role focuses on government and public relations, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring ethical regulatory compliance.

You will oversee social responsibility activities, lead a team, and develop crisis response strategies to protect reputation while addressing social and environmental concerns.

Qualifications

• A graduate of Sociology, Social Work, Communications, or any related courses.
• Exposure to Renewable/ Power Industry is an advantage.
• Amenable to work in different site locations and willing to travel from time to time.
• Knows how to drive manual transmission.

Responsibilities

• Implement Corporate Affairs Strategy- helps in the execution of corporate affairs strategies to enhance the company’s reputation.
• Government and Public Relations- helps build and maintain relationships with government officials, regulatory bodies to advocate for company’s interest.
• Social Responsibility Management- Oversee the company’s social responsibility activities, including strategic goals, budgets, and alignment with corporate values.
• Crisis Management and Reputation Protection- Develop strategies for managing and mitigating negative impact on the organization’s reputation.
• Leadership and Team Management- provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of professionals.
