Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Psychology or equivalent.
• Strong English skills to follow guidelines and provide feedback.
• 3+ years in psychology research, clinical/counseling, or related workflows.

Responsibilities

• Quality monitoring: Spot-check items and provide ongoing feedback via DMs.
• Psychology review: Assess AI-generated explanations and safety-sensitive content for accuracy.
• Trainer/QA communication: Update team on Discord about guidelines and quality expectations.
• Question handling: Respond clearly to questions on psychology concepts and ethics.
• Activation management: DM inactive contributors to re-engage them and track availability.
• Documentation: Maintain style guides, trackers, FAQs, and onboarding materials.
• Onboarding and training: Run onboarding calls to explain expectations and rubrics.
• Quality alignment: Ensure consistent application of psychology-review guidelines.
