You will read and rate conversations across topics, provide structured feedback using rubrics, and work asynchronously on your own schedule, with potential for ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• Strong reading comprehension and a natural feel for how conversations should flow.
• Able to assess dialogue quality objectively and explain reasoning clearly.
• Detail-oriented and consistent — apply standards across large volumes of work.

Responsibilities

• Read and evaluate AI-generated conversations across topics and contexts.
• Rate responses for naturalness, tone, helpfulness, and conversational flow.
• Identify awkward phrasing, off-topic replies, logical errors, or robotic-sounding responses.
• Compare multiple conversation paths and rank them by overall quality.
• Provide structured, detailed feedback using rubrics and rating tools.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
