Connext, a trusted provider of healthcare support and business process solutions, is expanding its healthcare team in the Philippines. The Revenue Cycle Specialist will work from home with U.S. clients, focusing on accurate, timely, and compliant revenue cycle operations.

Ideal candidates have hands-on provider-side claims processing, 1+ year of U.S. medical billing/RCM experience, HIPAA knowledge, and strong English communication skills to thrive in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on claims processing from the provider side of operations.
• Experience with U.S. commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and other payers.
• At least 1 year of U.S. medical billing/RCM experience.
• Knowledge of HIPAA requirements.
• Strong English communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and submit medical claims accurately
• Handle claim reconsiderations, denials, rejections, and unpaid/underpaid claims
• Follow up with insurance carriers on claim status and payment issues
• Manage AR and outstanding balances
• Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and patient responsibility
• Post and reconcile insurance and patient payments
• Work across billing systems and payer portals
• Maintain accurate billing documentation and records
