Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in healthcare revenue cycle, billing, data analysis, or related field.
• Experience in behavioral health billing (PHP, IOP, OP, facility billing, or SUD claims).
• Strong Excel skills for large datasets and reporting.
• Solid understanding of billing, AR, payer reimbursement and collections.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute revenue cycle reports, dashboards, and summaries.
• Collect, validate, and analyze billing and financial data for accuracy.
• Monitor AR, billing, collections, payer performance, denials, and trends.
• Identify performance gaps and opportunities through data analysis.
• Develop KPIs and ad hoc reporting solutions per business needs.
• Support process improvements, automation, and standardized reporting.
