Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Specialist with strong experience in eClinicalWorks to support our healthcare operations for the U.S. market.

The role covers daily billing, claims management, posting payments, and ERA processing while coordinating with the U.S.-based RCM Supervisor. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, capable of handling Medicare and commercial payers, and proficient in CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10 terminology with advanced Excel

Qualifications

• 3+ years of medical billing and revenue cycle experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience using eClinicalWorks (eCW).
• Experience with Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and Commercial payers.
• Experience working in a U.S. healthcare environment.
• Strong understanding of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, and medical terminology.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience working remotely with U.S.-based teams.

Responsibilities

• Review and submit electronic claims.
• Monitor claim rejections and correct/resubmit claims.
• Work clearinghouse rejections daily.
• Review claim edits and billing errors.
• Ensure claims are submitted timely.
• Post insurance and patient payments.
• Process electronic remittance advice (ERA).
• Reconcile payment batches.
• Follow up on unpaid claims and work aging reports.
• Investigate denied claims and submit corrected claims.
• Prepare appeals when appropriate.
• Document all follow-up activity in eCW.
• Verify eligibility and update insurance information.
• Maintain patient demographics and billing information.
• Maintain daily work queues.
• Track outstanding claims.
• Assist with monthly billing reconciliation.
• Report recurring billing issues to management.
