Job summary

GrowthAssistant is hiring a Provider Enrollment Specialist to own provider enrollment and credentialing workflows across payer portals and email applications. You'll ensure profiles are accurate and updated, coordinating with payers to move enrollments forward.

The role emphasizes healthcare administration experience, familiarity with major payer portals, and meticulous SOP adherence while supporting onboarding tasks and CX processes in a remote, fully distributed team.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare administration or credentialing.
• Familiarity with provider verification platforms (Verifiable, Medallion, Echo, Simplr, Modio).
• Proficiency in Google Sheets for data entry and tracking.
• Experience with Zendesk or similar CX platform.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple enrollments.

Responsibilities

• Complete provider enrollments via payer portals, email, and PDF applications.
• Update and maintain provider profiles in the enrollment system.
• Follow up with insurance payers to check enrollment status and resolve items.
• Support onboarding tasks and track project deliverables using a CX platform.
• Adhere to SOPs and manage multiple enrollment workflows.
