OpsArmy is seeking a detail-oriented Provider Validation Specialist to support a medical records retrieval workflow. The role requires researching healthcare providers, identifying custodians, and verifying submission requirements across multiple systems.

You will maintain provider data, resolve issues delaying requests, and document findings for team use. This remote, EST-overlapping position offers opportunities to grow into leadership roles within a collaborative, process-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify Record Custodians for type of record and custodian.
• Verify submission methods and provider-specific requirements.
• Determine when requests should be separated by type, custodian, or date.
• Prepare authorization documents and packets meeting provider requirements.
• Maintain accurate, complete provider information and avoid duplicates.
• Research using databases, provider resources, and NPI data to verify details.
• Resolve rejected or delayed requests and correct issues.
• Document findings clearly for team use.
