We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of survey fieldwork, coordinating with client services, vendors, and internal teams to successfully launch, manage, and close projects while ensuring data quality, timely delivery, and margin accuracy.

This role suits someone who thrives in fast-paced, agile environments, takes ownership of multiple projects, and helps scale a rapidly expanding function

Qualifications

• Experience managing quantitative research projects (2+ years).
• Excellent English communication and writing skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with quantitative research methodologies and tools (a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree; bonus for public health, social sciences, marketing, business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale agile project management practices to drive successful and timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to improve processes, communication, and project outcomes.
• Develop and implement project strategies, frameworks, and best practices to enhance efficiency, transparency, and innovation.
• Ensure project scope is clearly defined and managed, proactively identifying and controlling scope creep.
• Define project roadmaps, set priorities, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure deadlines, operational goals, and business requirements are met through effective planning and execution.
