Keywords Studios is seeking a Project Manager for the Digital Media Management (DMM) unit in Asia Pacific, Philippines, Pasig. This hybrid role aligns with UK time (3 PM-12 AM or 4 PM-1 AM Manila, DST).

You will oversee end-to-end production across multi-disciplinary campaigns, coordinating with Strategy, Creative, Design, and Production teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery. Ideal candidates have 6+ years in post-production or agency/project management, strong communication, and

Qualifications

• 6+ years PM/post-production experience.
• Experience managing full project lifecycle across multi-functional campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Design & Motion Graphics and Post-Production processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production management including budget and schedule.
• Lead Creative and Production teams to deliver on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements.
• Troubleshoot roadblocks across the project lifecycle.
• Plan, quote, assign resources and track project progress.
• Monitor burn rate and track projects in Airtable.
• Ensure quality control on all assets across campaigns.
• Identify talent and liaise with third-party vendors when needed.
