Job summary

Keywords Studios is a leading digital agency within Keywords Studios Plc, seeking a Senior Digital Media Manager in the Asia Pacific region (Philippines). The role focuses on end-to-end project management for social-first campaigns, coordinating with Creative and Production teams to deliver high-quality work.

Reporting on budgets, timelines, and resources, you will manage client communications, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and ensure on-time delivery across multiple projects, leveraging Airtable

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in post-production or project management.
• Experience managing full project lifecycle across multi-functional campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Design & Motion Graphics and Post-Production processes.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Experience managing a team and resource planning.
• Agency or production house experience; social media experience is a bonus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with project and resource management tools such as Airtable.
• Technical understanding of production software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience with shoot or 3D production is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end producing and project management on assigned accounts, including budget creation and management, schedule creation and management, execution and delivery.
• Lead and work with Creative and Production teams to ensure high-standard delivery on time and within budget.
• Coordinate communication with clients and internal teams to capture requirements.
• Troubleshoot to prevent roadblocks for creative and production teams.
• Arrange briefings, plan scope and quote projects, assign operators, lead reviews, track costs, and manage progress.
• Monitor burn rate and track projects in Airtable.
• Manage quality control and proactively troubleshoot issues.
• Organise and book resources in collaboration with the PM team.
• Develop understanding of talents and liaise with vendors/freelancers.
