Job summary

Overseas is seeking a Project and Accounting Coordinator with commercial electrical estimating experience to support a fast-moving construction management firm operating across multiple states. The role centers on electrical estimation and take-offs, with additional project administration and accounting tasks, collaborating with PMs, field operations, vendors, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with commercial electrical estimation and take-offs.
• Experience with AP/AR, billing, and job costing in construction.
• Proficiency in Foundation ERP is required.
• Strong MS Excel and MS 365 skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial electrical quantity take-offs from drawings and specs.
• Prepare and organize bid packages for commercial electrical projects.
• Review plans to identify scope, materials, labor, and costs.
• Maintain bid files, logs, and supporting docs.
• Coordinate with PMs and estimators to ensure timely bids.
• Assist with project and accounting support across active projects.
