Job summary

Overseas is seeking a Construction Bookkeeper (Foundation ERP) with commercial electrical estimating experience to support a multi-state construction portfolio. The role combines bid estimation, project administration, and accounting tasks in a fast-paced firm that operates remotely.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Foundation ERP experience and strong electrical estimating skills, enabling accurate bids, robust project coordination, and precise financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with commercial electrical estimation and take-offs.
• Foundation ERP experience is a hard requirement.
• Experience with AP/AR, billing, and job costing in construction environments.
• Strong MS Excel, Outlook and Microsoft 365 skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial electrical quantity take-offs from drawings and specs.
• Prepare and organize bid packages for commercial electrical projects.
• Review plans to identify scope, materials, labor, and costs.
• Maintain organized estimate files, bid logs, and docs.
• Coordinate with PMs and estimators to ensure bids are accurate and on time.
• Track bid results and assist post-bid analysis.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to PMs and leadership.
• Maintain accurate project information in Foundation ERP.
• Enter vendor invoices and routine accounting transactions in Foundation ERP.
• Assist with AP/AR processing and customer billing.
• Review invoices for correct job and cost-code allocation.
• Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies.
