Job summary

BizForce is seeking a Production Architect (Retail/Restaurant) to transform prototype designs into permit-ready construction documents. You will use Revit and AutoCAD to produce accurate drawings and ensure designs meet project conditions and standards.

The role involves collaborating with the project team and client contacts, handling 4–5 projects per month, and maintaining quality under tight deadlines. Permanent work from home and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Proven experience producing architectural construction documents.
• Experience with retail and/or restaurant projects.
• Experience working with prototype-based architectural designs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to incorporate markups and revisions efficiently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Strong communication and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while following established project standards and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce architectural construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Adapt prototype retail and restaurant designs to specific project conditions.
• Prepare permit, bid, and construction drawing sets.
• Incorporate client markups and revisions accurately and on schedule.
• Modify prototype designs while maintaining established project and design standards.
• Review drawings for accuracy, consistency, completeness, and quality.
• Manage and balance production work across approximately 4–5 projects per month.
• Meet project deadlines and production requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Raise questions, issues, and potential conflicts early so projects stay on track.
• Keep documentation organized and consistent throughout the production process.
