Job summary

BizForce is seeking a highly skilled Revit Architect to join our growing team. You will produce construction documents from SD through CD, managing Revit models for multi-family and commercial projects and coordinating with various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and Bluebeam, and can deliver presentation-quality drawings as needed. Permanent work-from-home is offered with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• At least 5 years of working experience.
• Proven experience on multi-family and commercial projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
• Strong knowledge of Bluebeam for review and coordination.
• Experience producing SD through CD construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce comprehensive architectural drawing packages from SD through CD.
• Create and coordinate Revit models for multi-family and commercial projects.
• Prepare detailed plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and details.
• Collaborate with PMs, architects, engineers, consultants and stakeholders.
• Perform quality control reviews of drawings and documents.
• Use BIM 360 for model coordination and document management.
• Review drawings with Bluebeam and markups.
• Assist in resolving design and construction issues throughout development.
• Produce presentation drawings and graphics with Photoshop when needed.
• Ensure deliverables meet standards, deadlines, and client expectations.

Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Revit Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in multi-family and commercial projects, with a strong background in producing high-quality construction documents from Schematic Design (SD) through Construction Documentation (CD) phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and produce comprehensive architectural drawing packages from Schematic Design through Construction Documents.
• Create, maintain, and coordinate Revit models for multi-family and commercial projects.
• Prepare detailed architectural plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and construction details.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure design accuracy and project compliance.
• Perform quality control reviews of drawings and project documentation.
• Utilize BIM 360 for model coordination, collaboration, and document management.
• Review and mark up drawings using Bluebeam.
• Assist in resolving design and construction-related issues throughout project development.
• Produce presentation-quality drawings and graphics using Adobe Photoshop when required.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet established standards, deadlines, and client expectations.
