Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking an experienced Architectural BIM Specialist in Makati to lead detailed Revit models through design and documentation phases.

You will produce coordinated drawing sets, translate concepts into constructible construction documents, and collaborate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Knowledge of building codes and BIM standards is essential for timely permit and submission packages.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in architectural production and construction documentation.
• Solid understanding of building codes, construction methods, and detailing standards.
• Experience coordinating architectural documents with engineering disciplines.
• Ability to read, interpret, and develop technical drawings with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed Revit models throughout design and documentation phases.
• Produce coordinated architectural drawing sets including plans, sections, elevations, and details.
• Translate design concepts and markups into accurate construction documents.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and specialty consultants to resolve model conflicts.
• Prepare schedules, legends, sheet layouts, and documentation packages for submissions.
• Review drawings for code compliance, constructability, and adherence to office standards.
• Support permit, tender, and construction issue documentation milestones.
• Assist in maintaining BIM standards, templates, libraries, and Revit families.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines, budgets, and technical requirements.
