Job summary

Issy Cosmetics is seeking a designer to create brand-aligned visuals for products, packaging, and marketing materials. You will translate brand identity and creative direction into production-ready artwork.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Sales, and Product Development to support launches, review proofs, and ensure quality from concept to finished product.

• Create visual assets for products, packaging, and marketing materials that align with brand identity and creative direction.
• Translate design briefs into high-quality, production-ready artwork while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Review proofs, packaging samples, and finished products to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with design specifications.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams throughout the product development process, including packaging evaluation and product testing.
• Create presentations and other visual materials to support product launches and internal or customer education.
• Partner with Marketing, Merchandising, Sales, and Product Development to deliver creative solutions while supporting administrative and ad hoc project needs.
