Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Product Data Coordinator to support item and product data in our ERP system (Infor LN). You will coordinate with Product Management and Sourcing to process changes, maintain BOMs, and ensure data accuracy across regions and sites.

You will manage item data, support changes, and audit information while aligning cross-functionally to improve data processes in a dynamic, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in item data management, item management, or sourcing management.
• Experience with ERP data in the automotive aftermarket is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
• Familiar with data and content across ERP and PIM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage standardized item data, including item setup and maintenance in Infor LN.
• Support Product Management and Sourcing with product change requests.
• Audit and maintain product data and related item information.
• Collaborate to develop common processes and data structures across regions.
• Set up and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) within the ERP system.
• Participate in workflows for new product setup, lifecycle changes, and discontinuations.

Description

The Product Data Coordinator is responsible for supporting the setup, maintenance, and accuracy of item and product data within the company’s ERP system, Infor LN. This role works closely with Product Management and Sourcing to process product changes, maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), and support consistent data processes across product lines, regions, and sites.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage standardized item data, including item setup and maintenance within the company’s ERP system, Infor LN. Support may be segmented by product line or region.
• Support the Product Management and Sourcing teams with product change requests.
• Support the maintenance and auditing of product data and other item-related information.
• Participate in cross-functional alignment efforts focused on developing common processes and data structures.
• Set up and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) within the ERP system.
• Manage and/or participate in workflows involving the following item and part-number changes:

- New product setup across multiple regions or sites

- Product lifecycle changes, including new part setup, part discontinuation, and part supersession

Requirements

Knowledge and Experience

• Experience in item data management, item management, or sourcing management.
• Experience managing item data within the automotive aftermarket is a plus.
