BairesDev is seeking a Product Analyst to bridge business goals and engineering delivery. You will transform high-level objectives into actionable documentation and well-defined user stories to guide development.

You'll lead requirements gathering with diverse stakeholders, write precise acceptance criteria, and maintain comprehensive product docs using Jira and Confluence, with strong English communication throughout.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or similar role focused on technical requirements.
Proven expertise in requirements gathering, writing user stories, and defining clear acceptance criteria.
Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for product documentation and workflow management.
Experience with BPMN for process modeling and stakeholder management.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specs.
Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define scope and goals.
Author detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
Map business processes to identify improvements and ensure alignment.
Maintain product documentation and manage workflows in Jira and Confluence.
Ensure technical specs reflect business needs throughout the lifecycle.
