Job summary

Diebold Nixdorf is seeking a Procurement Specialist to negotiate favorable terms, process requisitions and purchase orders, and manage supplier relationships for client-related or internal needs.

You will develop cost-saving strategies, monitor inventory, and generate monthly procurement reports. The role requires a Bachelor degree in business-related field, 2–4 years of procurement experience, and strong business English skills. This is a remote position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in relevant field.
• 2-4 years of procurement experience.
• Strong business English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Provides procurement services for a location, department or designated business unit.
• Performs day-to-day purchasing for assigned area(s).
• Follows standard policies and procedures to identify appropriate vendors, secure the best price and establish delivery terms.
• Enters, confirms and expedites purchase orders, in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintains file system for purchase orders and correspondence.
• Reviews onsite inventory levels and issues / modifies orders for stock replenishment.
• Supports departmental goals for expense management, high service levels and excess inventory reduction.
• Generates monthly and other periodic reports.
