Job summary

Neolytix is seeking a Healthcare Associate who already knows the prior authorization world and can step in immediately in a remote, full-time role with a fixed 9PM-6AM PHT schedule. You will own the authorization lifecycle: submit requests through payer portals, collect and validate clinical data, manage follow-ups and deadlines, and support peer-to-peer reviews when a second look is needed.

You’ll navigate EHR/EMR systems and caller inquiries, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and patient

Qualifications

• Experience with prior authorization workflows
• Healthcare industry experience
• Familiarity with HIPAA and data privacy regulations

Responsibilities

• Own the authorization lifecycle and ensure timely resolution.
• Submit authorization requests through payer portals and track status.
• Collect and validate clinical documentation and patient information for requests.
• Manage payer follow-ups, statuses, escalations, and deadlines.
• Support peer-to-peer reviews, denials, and appeals when a second look is needed.
• Navigate EHR/EMR systems and payer portals while maintaining data integrity.
