Job summary

Hire With Reef is seeking a versatile Print & Digital Graphic Designer to drive our retail marketing campaigns. You will blend print production with digital design, producing polished, brand-consistent assets for print, web, and email across multiple campaigns.

This remote role requires 3+ years' experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a Graphic Designer working across both print and digital media.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong working knowledge of Figma.
• Experience preparing press-ready artwork and understanding print production processes.
• Demonstrated experience creating digital advertising and social media assets.
• Excellent typography, layout and visual communication skills.
• Strong understanding of brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• 50% – Print Design & Production: Design brochures, catalogues, flyers, posters, signage, point-of-sale materials, pull-up banners, window decals and retail collateral
• 40% – Digital Design: Create website graphics, landing page assets, hero banners and email marketing graphics
• 10% – Brand Consistency & Creative Support: Design professional corporate presentations and internal marketing collateral
