Job summary

Pavago is seeking a Brand & Print Production Designer to own the creative and technical execution of physical brand assets—from concept to production—for storefronts, retail environments, and marketing campaigns.

You’ll lead brand identity, large-format signage, and promotional materials, ensuring print-ready deliverables while coordinating with vendors and internal teams in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, print production, large-format design, and retail or environmental graphics.
• Advanced proficiency with Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Knowledge of print production workflows and print-ready file preparation.
• Experience coordinating with printers and production vendors.
• Professional working proficiency in Spanish.
• Illustration skills.
• Basic video editing capabilities.
• Experience working in retail, storefront, or physical brand environments.
• Comfortable using remote collaboration and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Design storefront graphics, signage, and promotional materials.
