Job summary

Access Offshoring Philippines, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Graphic Designer to create visually compelling designs for print and digital media, with a hospitality focus.

You will collaborate with the marketing team, ensure print readiness, and stay current with industry trends while delivering high-quality work from a fully remote setup.

The role requires 3–5 years' experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; Australian English writing skills are valued.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field is desirable.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of print design, including pre-press and production.
• Strong typography, color theory, and layout skills.
• Ability to take creative direction and work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong writing skills - conversational Australian English.
• Experience working with an Australian company is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts for print and digital materials (brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, website visuals).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align designs with brand identity and goals.
• Ensure all designs are print-ready and meet printing specifications.
• Stay updated with industry trends and apply best practices to projects.
• Work closely with the client and department to ensure high quality printed materials.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
