Job summary

Outsourcey is hiring a seasoned graphic designer/prepress specialist in the Philippines to join our team handling exhibitor and client artwork for large-format prints. You will ensure files meet production standards, coordinate with Australian project managers, and maintain tight production timelines.

You will work remotely with a reliable home office setup and overlap with Australian business hours, contributing to high-quality signage and graphics across events.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional graphic design or prepress experience.
• Advanced Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro including PDF preflight workflows.
• Extensive experience preparing files for large-format print with proper bleed, trim, and color handling.
• Strong English communication with Australian clients and managers.
• Meticulous file management and ability to handle high volumes under tight timelines.
• Reliable remote setup and overlap with Queensland business hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage artwork requirements for exhibitors, sponsors and clients from contact to final production.
• Proactively email customers to explain artwork process, signage needs, templates, dimensions and deadlines.
• Follow up on missing artwork and download files from emails and shared folders.
• Confirm receipt, rename assets per conventions, and organize into correct folders.
• Maintain accurate artwork status records (requested, received, proofed, changes needed, approval, production readiness).
• Escalate overdue or non-compliant artwork before production delays.
