Job summary

24x7 Direct is seeking a detail-oriented Prepress Graphic Designer to join our production team. This full-time, work-from-home role requires a fixed night shift (9 PM–6 AM PH time) and a strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design work.

You will prepare final art files for large-format prints, perform color correction, manage color profiles, and ensure print-ready outputs across substrates and vendors, working closely with the creative team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Interior Design, or related field.
Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Portfolio demonstrating graphic design, layout, and presentation work.
Working knowledge of color management, print specifications, and file prep.
Sharp eye for detail and consistency.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare final art files for large-format printing, canvas, and framed reproduction across hospitality installations.

Our client is a hospitality art company with 40 years of industry experience, producing custom and licensed artwork for hotel brands. We're looking for a detail-obsessed Prepress Graphic Designer to join our production team.

Work Environment & Expectations

While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time role—not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment.

This role requires:

Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times, not flexible)

Use of time tracking software during work hours

Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON

Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift

Treating this as a long-term, full-time job—not a side gig or freelance task

Payroll is processed bi-monthly.
