Job summary

RecruitGo Careers is seeking a results-driven PPC & SEO Specialist to manage paid campaigns and organic search strategies across multiple client accounts. You will optimize websites, conduct SEO audits, measure performance, and report ROI and KPIs with data-driven insights.

The role focuses on Google Ads, Google Analytics, and performance reporting, with collaboration across internal teams to improve traffic and conversions. Remote work from the Philippines is supported.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in marketing or related field.
• Proven experience managing PPC campaigns (Google AdWords) and implementing SEO strategies.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
• Ability to analyse data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns for a variety of clients across Google AdWords.
• Conduct SEO audits and implement SEO strategies to boost organic traffic for client websites.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Monitor and analyse the performance of SEO and PPC strategies and make necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise client websites and landing pages for PPC and SEO.
• Keep abreast of PPC, SEO, and digital marketing trends and changes, ensuring our agency and our clients remain ahead of the curve.
