Job summary

ZigZag Philippines is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead mining and mineral processing projects through Scoping and Pre-Feasibility phases, from concept development to engineering delivery. You will oversee multidisciplinary engineering teams, manage schedules, budgets, quality, and maintain client relationships to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires an engineering degree, background in EPC/mining, and proven capability in delivering feasibility studies.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree.
• Experience in mining and/or mineral processing projects.
• Background in EPC, mining, and industrial process plants.
• Proven project delivery and feasibility study experience.
• Strong budget management and client management skills.
• Experience coordinating and leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated project teams through mining study and engineering phases.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and change control processes.
• Coordinate deliverables including PFDs, P&IDs, layouts, drawings, datasheets.
• Support scope development, vendor proposal reviews, and technical decisions.
• Maintain engineering quality control, progress reporting, and client communication.
