Job summary

CO Careers is seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacy Operations Specialist (Write RX Agent) to review treatment plans, process prescription orders with our e-prescribing tools, and ensure accurate, timely workflows for patients.

You will perform quality checks, coordinate with internal teams and healthcare providers, escalate issues as needed, and maintain meticulous records. This remote, night-shift role supports our global client partners and emphasizes patient experience and compliance.

Qualifications

1-2 years in pharmacy, healthcare, or telehealth operations preferred.
Experience with e-Prescribing systems is a plus.
Familiarity with prescription terminology and calculations.
Understanding of prescription workflows (payments, refills, lab approvals).

Responsibilities

Review treatment plans and process prescription orders using e-Prescribing software and internal tools.
Complete follow-up tasks in prescription writing workflows.
Perform prescription quality checks for accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with internal teams and healthcare providers to resolve questions.
Escalate prescription-related challenges to Pharmacy Operations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the process.
Enter routine prescription data with high precision.
Work with remote colleagues and pharmacy partners.
