The Lead Tree - Clark Outsourcing is seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacy Operations Specialist (Write RX Agent) to review treatment plans, process prescription orders, and perform quality checks.

This remote role supports accurate prescription workflows and patient experiences, with a 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PHT schedule, and work-from-home setup at Clark Outsourcing in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or telehealth operations preferred.
• Experience with e-Prescribing systems and pharmacy software is an advantage.
• Familiarity with prescription terminology, dosages, quantities, and common abbreviations.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work with routine tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete follow-up tasks in prescription writing workflows.

Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacy Operations Specialist (Write RX Agent) to review treatment plans, process prescription orders using e-Prescribing software, perform quality checks, and coordinate with internal teams and healthcare providers. The role supports accurate, timely prescription workflows and an excellent patient experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Review treatment plans and accurately process prescription orders using e-Prescribing software and internal tools.
• Complete all follow-up tasks associated with prescription writing workflows in a timely manner.
• Perform prescription quality checks for accuracy, regulatory compliance, and internal standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and, when needed, healthcare providers to resolve prescription questions or issues.
• Escalate prescription-related challenges to the Pharmacy Operations team as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the prescription process.
• Complete routine prescription-related data entry with a high level of precision.
• Work collaboratively with remote colleagues and pharmacy partners.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-2 years of experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or telehealth operations preferred; motivated graduates in pharmacy, chemistry, biology, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with e-Prescribing systems, pharmacy software, or electronic health records is an advantage.
• Familiarity with prescription terminology, dosage quantities and frequencies, compound names, calculations, and common abbreviations.
• Understanding of prescription workflows, including payments, refills, and lab approvals.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, reliability, and comfort with routine, repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work independently, use sound judgment, and learn new software quickly.
