Job summary

Catalyst Capital Holdings, the parent of Decentralized Masters, Inflection Club, Legacy, Future Finance, and Beyond Members Club, is seeking a People & Culture Specialist. This build role covers full-cycle recruiting and HR administration across the five entities, with autonomy and a direct line to the People & Culture lead for the group.

You will run concurrent searches, maintain onboarding processes, and ensure compliance while keeping admin accurate and timely.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruiting or HR operations across multiple units or brands.
• Experience with remote, international, or contractor-heavy teams is a plus.
• Fluent written English and comfortable working async across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting for multiple entities within the group.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and payroll inputs for contractors.
• Maintain Workable pipeline hygiene and live recruiting reports.
• Coordinate reference checks and draft first-pass offer language.
• Partner with department leads and hiring managers across five entities.
