Job summary

Fresh Prints is hiring a detail-oriented Sewing Pattern Maker to support garment development and production across our supplier network. This Philippines-based role focuses on translating designs and specs into production-ready sewing patterns, with emphasis on fit, grading, and construction.

You will collaborate with Sourcing, Design and Ops teams and overseas manufacturers, ensuring patterns meet requirements and scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in garment pattern making, preferably in apparel manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fitting, measurements, grading and pattern development.
• Experience creating production-ready patterns for sewn garments.
• Proficiency in CAD pattern-making software such as Gerber AccuMark, Lectra, Optitex or similar systems.
• Experience with digital pattern grading and pattern modification.
• Understanding of fabric types and how they affect pattern development, fit and construction.
• Experience with apparel sampling and fitting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate production-ready sewing patterns based on technical specs, measurements, references and approved samples.
• Create and maintain pattern grading across size ranges for consistent fit.
• Review samples and make adjustments for fit and construction.
• Collaborate with teams and manufacturers to troubleshoot pattern and sewing issues.
• Translate technical packs and sketches into production-ready patterns.
• Maintain pattern files, revisions and technical documentation.
• Provide digital pattern files and technical information to manufacturing partners.
• Communicate with overseas manufacturers to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve pattern development and production processes.
