Job summary

Uptalent Dot I O is seeking a Marketing & Content Strategist (20 hours/week, Remote) to help grow a design brand's online presence and revenue. You will review offers, create and repurpose content across Instagram, blog, email, and YouTube, and set up affiliate income streams while refining a flagship course for launch.

You should think like a marketer, write clearly, and work independently with minimal supervision, focusing on results-driven outcomes for a global audience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience driving revenue in a content-driven or product-based online business.
• Experience with digital products, courses, or affiliate programs.
• Strong writing and communication skills—able to write funnels, captions, and blogs in the creator's tone.
• Knowledge of basic UX and CRO (conversion rate optimisation).
• Experience with email marketing (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Flodesk).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, SEO content, and/or YouTube repurposing.
• Experience in lifestyle, design, or interiors space.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing offers, emails, and pages to boost conversions.
• Writing and repurposing content across Instagram, blog, email, and YouTube.
• Setting up and managing affiliate income streams (Amazon + select brand links).
• Helping refine and position a new flagship course for launch.
• Advising on content, funnels, and brand partnerships that make sense.
• Making fast, strategic decisions that add value and grow the business.
