Job summary

Uptalent Dot I O is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life across digital channels. You will collaborate with the marketing team to craft visuals that strengthen campaigns and maintain a high-quality visual identity across platforms.

Designs for social media, emails, and landing pages, with templates in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, will be central. Experience with HubSpot and motion graphics is a plus; remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design for social media or digital marketing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and brand-aligned designs.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Excellent command of Canva, including brand kit and template management.
• Familiarity with HubSpot for campaign visuals and email templates.
• Strong eye for composition, typography, spacing, and detail.
• Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• (Bonus) Experience with motion graphics or short-form video using After Effects or CapCut.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality visuals for social media across platforms.
• Create and refine brand assets for storytelling.
• Develop and maintain design templates for Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Design visuals for HubSpot campaigns, including email banners and landing page graphics.
• Adapt designs for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Ensure visuals follow brand guidelines (tone, typography, color palette, hierarchy).
• Organize and deliver final assets in proper formats (JPEG, PNG, MP4, PDF) with clear file naming.
• Collaborate via ClickUp, Google Drive, OneDrive, and Slack to manage deliverables and feedback.
