BruntWork is seeking an Online Platform Content Manager for a part-time, remote role aligned with US Eastern Time (EST). You will coordinate with external contractors to package audio assets into modular software, manage metadata, and configure digital storefronts to support sales and community launches.

This role focuses on digital asset management, platform operations, and coordinating launch timelines, with about 20 hours per week and potential for ongoing work.

Formación

• Experience in managing digital platforms and operations.
• Proven track record coordinating external contractors or freelancers.
• Strong written and verbal communication across email and Discord.
• High attention to metadata, credits, and packaging details.
• Ability to research and integrate digital storefronts and store workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage milestones.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary liaison, managing ongoing project communications primarily over Discord and email.
• Identify, onboard, and coordinate with module converters and uploaders, assisting leadership in structuring contractor agreements and payment terms.
• Manage end-to-end asset handoffs to technical converters, organizing 500+ audio files, product art, graphics, and contributor credits.
• Verify that all packaged modules comply with installation standards and AI content policies.
• Conduct QA on converted modules to confirm credits and attributions are properly displayed.
• Research, configure, and connect sales storefronts and payment distribution pipelines across marketplaces and licensing systems.
• Coordinate the launch sequence, product packaging, and bundle structures per release strategy.
• Collaborate on promotional assets and launch announcements across community channels.
• Maintain documentation of uploaded modules, digital assets, storefront configurations, and contractor workflows.
• Deliver progress updates to leadership while maintaining security over proprietary assets.
