Job summary

Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking a Philippines-based Paraplanner/Admin & Operations Specialist to support an Australian financial advisory client. The role focuses on preparing SOAs and ROAs, performing research, and providing client administration within a remote, contractor framework.

You will work with AI-assisted drafting tools, ensure regulatory compliance (AFSL standards and Best Interests Duty), and collaborate with advisers to reflect client goals while maintaining high-quality documentation

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years paraplanning in Australian financial planning.
• Experience drafting SOAs and ROAs across investments and retirement planning.
• Solid knowledge of Australian regulatory environment (FASEA, Best Interests Duty).
• Proficient with AI drafting tools and large language models.
• Excellent written English and client-facing documentation skills.
• Experience with CRM/practice management systems and portfolio reporting tools.
• Familiar with platforms like Netwealth, HUB24 and Macquarie Wrap.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ongoing review documents, SOAs and ROAs with accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct research to inform advice content and quality-check AI outputs.
• Assist client administration including onboarding and data management.
• Update templates to ensure consistent, efficient documentation.
• Support with invoicing, fee disclosures and audit trails.
• Coordinate with advisers to reflect client goals and circumstances.
