Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years paraplanning experience in an Australian financial planning practice.
• Experience preparing SOAs and ROAs across investment, superannuation, insurance, and retirement planning.
• Solid knowledge of the Australian financial planning regulatory environment (Corporations Act, FASEA, Best Interests Duty).
• Proficiency using AI-powered tools to draft, refine, and quality-check SOAs and related documents.
• Experience working remotely with Australian financial planning or professional services firms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ongoing review documents, SOAs, ROAs, and related research with high accuracy.
• Coordinate annual and semi-annual client reviews and prep pre-meeting packs.
• Handle client onboarding administration, data collection, and file setup.
• Maintain client records in the practice management system and assist with invoicing and general admin.
