Ally is seeking a Paid Media Buyer (Performance Marketing) to own two of four channels (TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Taboola) and optimize for ROAS. You will manage end-to-end campaigns, diagnose ad restrictions, and craft a data-driven playbook. This remote role is based in the Philippines with an immediate start and monthly pay in USD.

The role emphasizes hands-on channel ownership, reporting, and fast iteration across platforms to sustain profitable growth for a high-growth DTC client.

Qualifications

• Experience in paid media with real spend on at least one platform.
• Ability to optimize for ROAS and identify winning channels quickly.
• Strong data analysis to justify decisions and actions.

Responsibilities

• Own two of four channels (TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Taboola) and drive ROAS.
• Build and maintain end-to-end campaigns from audience to assets and landing pages.
• Diagnose and fix restricted ads/accounts, and provide proactive recommendations.
