Mas Alto Capital is seeking an Owner Statements Specialist (Freelance – Full Time) to prepare monthly owner statements for properties across Canada and Latin America. The role bridges Revenue Management, Operations, Distribution, and Accounting to ensure accurate reporting and timely payments.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, analytical, and skilled with PMS systems and accounting software. Fluent English is required and experience with Guesty/Hostaway is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in accounting, property management accounting, hospitality finance, or owner reporting.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with PMS systems such as Guesty or Hostaway.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage deadlines and monthly reporting cycles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly owner statements for all managed properties.
• Validate gross revenue from all booking channels.
• Verify commissions, management fees, and deductions.
• Ensure statements delivered within monthly deadlines.
• Calculate monthly owner payouts and coordinate payments.
• Reconcile revenue between PMS, OTA extranets, payment processors, and banks.
• Review and validate maintenance charges and other deductions.
• Produce monthly owner performance reports and track trends.
• Respond to owner inquiries about statements and payments.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and support system implementations.
