Lewis Personnel Management seeks an Outbound Sales & Appointment Setting Specialist to support our US sales team. You will identify potential customers, reach out to prospects, introduce relevant products, and set qualified appointments for the Business Development team.

Role involves self-sourcing leads, conducting outbound calls, and researching prospects rather than relying on existing lists. This is a remote, night-shift role to align with US business hours.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, lead generation, business development, telemarketing, or a similar role.
• Experience making outbound calls to customers or prospects.
• Proven ability to generate or source leads independently.
• Experience setting appointments or booking meetings for BDRs, Account Executives, sales representatives, or similar roles.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with US-based customers and prospects.
• Confident handling objections and initiating conversations with cold prospects.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a WFH environment.
• Willing to work night shift to support US business hours

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential customers within the US market.
• Build and maintain a personal list of prospective customers and businesses.
• Source prospects through online research, LinkedIn, directories, databases, and other relevant platforms.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, email, and other communication channels.
• Make outbound calls to US-based prospects and introduce relevant products or solutions.
• Initiate conversations with potential customers and identify their needs, interests, and purchasing requirements.
• Handle initial questions and objections professionally.
• Convert qualified prospects into scheduled appointments for the BDR or Business Development team.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, calls, emails, appointments, and follow-ups in CRM.
• Work closely with BDRs and other members of the sales team
