Lewis Personnel Management is seeking a Sales Prospecting Specialist to drive outbound growth for our US sales operations. You will research potential accounts, initiate conversations, and generate qualified meetings for the sales team.

The role requires high-volume outreach, personalized messaging, and consistent follow-ups. You will build an independent prospect pipeline and work toward nightly/early-morning US hours. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation.
• Experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Ability to develop prospects independently beyond assigned leads.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Comfort talking with US-based prospects and handling objections.
• Able to meet daily or weekly activity targets.

Responsibilities

• Research businesses and decision-makers in the US market.
• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists by industry/territory.
• Identify new opportunities via online research, LinkedIn, CRM, and tools.
• Conduct outbound outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
