Connext Global Solutions Inc in the Philippines is seeking an Outbound Customer Sales Specialist to help restaurants, chefs, hospitality accounts and specialty food buyers grow with premium seafood and related offerings for a US client.

You will conduct outbound calls, build relationships with clients, manage inquiries, and collaborate with sales and operations to hit targets. A work-from-home setup, night differential, and performance bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in outbound sales, telemarketing, account management or related fields.
• Experience selling premium food products or hospitality-related services is a plus.
• Experience handling B2B outbound sales for restaurants or hospitality accounts.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls and engagement activities with restaurants, hospitality accounts, chefs, and food buyers.
• Build and maintain client relationships through consultative selling and account management.
• Promote premium seafood and specialty food products while recommending solutions based on customer needs.
• Manage inquiries, follow-ups, objections, and sales conversations to drive engagement.
• Utilize CRM systems to track interactions, pipeline progress, and account information.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet sales targets and support customer initiatives.
