Job summary

Randstad México is seeking an Oracle EPM TRCS expert to lead tax reporting configurations, automation, and data management within a 100% remote 12-month contract. The role requires strong expertise in TRCS, tax provisioning, and multi-currency reporting, with collaboration across IT, ERP, and BI teams.

Ideal candidates will document requirements, automate processes, and support monthly, quarterly, and year-end tax provisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Expertise in Oracle EPM TRCS, Tax Provision, Tax Automation, Data Management/Data Exchange, Financial Reporting, Smart View, EPMAutomate.
100% remote position; 12 month contract with strong renewal potential.

Experience with multi-currency, tax rates, and jurisdiction structures is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead TRCS enhancements and configurations, documenting functional requirements.
Support data integrations, workflows, and reporting processes in TRCS.
Collaborate with IT, ERP, and BI teams to enable automation and efficiency improvements.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end tax provision and reporting.
Provide end-user training and patch-release documentation.
