Randstad México is seeking an Oracle EPM TRCS expert to lead tax reporting configurations, automation, and data management within a 100% remote 12-month contract. The role requires strong expertise in TRCS, tax provisioning, and multi-currency reporting, with collaboration across IT, ERP, and BI teams.

Ideal candidates will document requirements, automate processes, and support monthly, quarterly, and year-end tax provisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in Oracle EPM TRCS, Tax Provision, Tax Automation, Data Management/Data Exchange, Financial Reporting, Smart View, EPMAutomate.
• 100% remote position; 12 month contract with strong renewal potential.

Job Description:

• Should have good knowledge in Tax Provision, Tax Reporting, Effective Tax Rate, Current Tax, Deferred Tax, and financial close/reporting processes.
• Expert in Oracle EPM TRCS configurations including Tax Automation, Tax Rules, forms, dashboards/reports, and Supplemental Data.
• Ability to lead enhancements activities.
• Should be able to independently gather and document functional requirements for new TRCS enhancements.
• Identify redundant issues/processes and try to minimize it by using automation.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud infrastructure.
• Support further implementation and optimization of Oracle EPM TRCS enhancements as identified by key system stakeholders.
• Good understanding of multi-currency applications, tax rates, entity/jurisdiction structures, and ability to configure/enhance tax automation and translation rules.
• Well-versed in Data integrations, Data Exchange/Data Management, and Data Flow processes.
• Should have a good understanding of product support processes.
• Gain an understanding of the business to identify opportunities for improvement within the TRCS suite in alignment with the needs of the business and proactively take the steps necessary to set up, test and deploy systemic improvements.
• Initiate and manage requests for enhancements to meet the changing needs of the business.
• Report and maintain system issues encountered by the business. Follow up proactively with appropriate vendors such as Oracle, opening an SR’s when needed.
• Work closely with different integration teams like IT, ERP & Business Intelligence teams.
• Support the Corporate Tax/Tax Provision team in running monthly, quarterly, and year-end tax provision, tax reporting, and compliance support processes in TRCS.
• Ensure business-as-usual operation of the Production environment on a daily basis, escalating issues to leadership when necessary.
• Should have good knowledge in both batch and shell scripting to write EPMAutomate scripts.
• Should be good at preparing and delivering end user training and patch release documents.
• Ability to take up cross competency work and contribute to COE activities.
• Understanding of Escalation/Risk management.
