Job summary

HRTX is seeking an Oracle EPM Functional Assistant Manager to lead EPM projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. The role involves translating client requirements into EPM solutions, developing functional designs, and overseeing configurations across Planning & Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, and other EPM modules.

You will manage cross-functional teams, provide post-implementation support, train users, and collaborate with the presales team

Qualifications

• Lead Oracle EPM projects from initiation to completion.
• Gather and analyze client requirements and translate them into EPM solutions.
• Develop functional design documents and oversee configurations.
• Lead implementations across Planning & Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, Account Reconciliation, Profitability & Cost Management, and Enterprise Data Management.
• Manage project teams and coordinate between functional and technical resources.
• Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Conduct user training sessions and develop training materials.
• Collaborate with the presales team to deliver business development solutions.
