Job summary

Hyre is seeking an Operations Automation Specialist to design, implement, and maintain the operational backbone of our business. This role focuses on eliminating manual processes, centralizing project data, and building automated systems that provide real-time visibility and connect our financial systems with project execution.

The ideal candidate will design integrated data pipelines from Aspire, create ClickUp automations and dashboards, and leverage Claude to generate automated daily

Qualifications

• Expert-level mastery of ClickUp, including creating complex automations, custom fields, and reporting dashboards.
• Proven experience in data extraction and system integration, with a demonstrated ability to navigate closed or proprietary systems (like Aspire) to pull financial data and push it into other platforms.
• Practical experience using Claude (or similar LLMs) to automate content, data analysis, or synthesis tasks, including building prompts and system instructions that produce consistent, reliable output.
• Strong analytical rigor and capability in financial data modeling, with the ability to bridge the gap between raw financial numbers and project management actions.
• Must have a dedicated, noise-free home office setup with reliable internet and backup power.

Responsibilities

• Systems Integration & Data Engineering: Build and maintain automated pipelines that extract financial budget-to-actual data from Aspire and integrate it into the project management ecosystem.
• Workflow Automation: Design and deploy automated workflows in ClickUp that translate high-level project tasks into structured, actionable items, replacing manual data entry and disjointed communication.
• AI Implementation: Leverage Claude to create intelligent, automated daily briefings and reporting structures by defining logic that synthesizes complex project status updates into clear insights.
• Process Optimization: Audit operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and manual redundancies, replacing them with scalable, repeatable automation logic.
• Technical Reporting: Create dashboards that provide transparent, real-time insights into project health, resource allocation, and budget performance.
