GoTeam is hiring a Customer Service / Data Entry Clerk for a fixed-term remote role in the Philippines. You will split time between direct customer support and meticulous data entry, working nights aligned to US business hours from Monday to Friday.

The position is 4 months and 2 weeks, offering growth through AI certification and benefits. The ideal candidate has strong Excel skills, meticulous attention to detail, and solid written English for professional email communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, data entry, or a related administrative role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to stay focused on repetitive, detail-heavy tasks for extended periods.
• Strong written English and communication skills, including confidently writing clear, professional email responses.
• Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A stable home setup that supports a night shift schedule, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries submitted through multiple channels in a timely manner.
• Support customers with order concerns, including transit issues, product defects, mis-shipments, and special requests.
• Assist with subscription management, including refunds, exchanges, cancellations, payment troubleshooting, and account updates.
• Handle product questions, loyalty program support, and reviews processed through the Yotpo platform.
• Process returns and exchanges accurately and empathetically.
