Job summary
Xalient is seeking a Network Support Team Lead (Level 3) in the Philippines to guide a dedicated Level 3 engineering team supporting a key account. The role blends hands-on engineering (about 80%) with leadership responsibilities, operating across Aruba networking, WAN, LAN, and security tools.
You will own escalations, coordinate with incident managers and vendors, and align team output with UK core hours and US Central hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in a senior network support/engineering role within MSP/enterprise NOC
- At least 2 years in a team lead or senior escalation position
- Extensive hands-on Aruba Networking experience in production environments
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Level 3 engineers aligned to a key account
- Provide hands-on engineering for complex incidents across Aruba SD-WAN, LAN, Wi‑Fi and security
- Act as senior escalation point and primary technical contact for stakeholders
- Own escalations, incidents, service requests and changes with prioritised SLA
- Coordinate with Incident Manager during major incidents and drive resolution timelines
- Plan network changes and vendor escalations with HPE Aruba, Fortinet and Cisco TAC
