Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resolve workstation operating system issues.
• Handle server and networking issues.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.

Skills

Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting

Server 2012 to 2022

VMWare and Hyper-V Virtualization

Supporting M365 and Azure

Firewall rules and VLAN configuration

Advanced troubleshooting of networks

Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs)

Education

At least two certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+
